I am one of the very few female Orthopedic surgeons in my country. I am currently practicing in a teaching hospital.
I have established the Orthopedic department in my institution and served as a head for two years. I am also introducing Non technical skill for surgeons program in my institution. I am involved in multiple research projects that mainly focus on creating a conducive work environment for the surgeon and a safe and quality service for the patients.
In addition, I am involved in teaching in my instution and has served as faculty for multiple national courses.
