I am a foot and ankle surgeon in Sydney Australia. I believe that a diverse orthopaedic community is the best way forward for our profession and our patients. I have been an active advocate for orthopaedic diversity through the Australian Orthopaedic Champions of Change and Orthopaedic Women's Link committees.
